sad to send my sister off after she's been staying with us for 5 weeks. I didn't cry when I waved her off at the train station but I bawled when I saw how empty it was in the guest room. Guess it's that time of the year where you get extra emotional plus other reasons that I can't mention here.

haven't been on LJ for ages, just saw your post. i cried too! though had to try to restrain myself - was in the lounge waiting to board reading your card, with a strange girl opposite me who kept staring (kua simi kua?)
well hopefully a happy reunion before next Christmas this time down under!
