These are actually my nephew and niece. They had just gone to disneyland and bought these wierd rotating things with flashing lights at the end. The one in the picture is a Stitch [the alien] one. He was playing with it in the car at night and I figured it would be pretty if the girl were close enough for the lgiht to hit her a little bit.
