I just finished Lord Demon, started by Zelazny and finished by Liskold. I am currently reading some John Maxwell books on communication.

Did you like Lord Demon? dakiwiboid July 6 2011, 23:31:06 UTC
I seem to remember reading it a while back and honestly can't remember whether or not I like it.

I really enjoyed it. It is much more even than Donnerjack, the other book she finished. Zelazny's parts are well done indeed. I love the premise of the book. (Fourteen years of Chineese martial arts will do that.). I sat down to read it over the holiday.

I'll put in a request for it, then. dakiwiboid July 6 2011, 23:49:40 UTC
I like her other work, and if I really don't remember this one, I obviously need to reread it.

I just finished Kaminishi (timetravel m/m) by Jan Suzukawa. I'm reading Thomas Riley (YA steampunk) by Nick Valentino. Field of Blood (Christian Horror) by Eric Wilson is next.

The Field of blood is where Judas committed suicide, and his blood tainted all those buried there, so they are back as zombies and the TZADIKIM NISTARIM, the thirty six hidden just men, must stand against them.

The mind continues to boggles, although I can see it. I don't DO zombies, however.

Love to see what you're reading. I was thinking of posting my reading list so far this year, so now I think I will.

This is actually just part of my list dakiwiboid July 6 2011, 23:30:14 UTC
I started keeping this log in late May, and this not everything on it, just the most notables.

I get such good suggestions from other people!

*waves hi* It's good to hear from you.

I'm reading In the kitchen with a good appetite by Melisa Clark, and I'm about to embark on Doctor's Orders by Diane Duane for my new online book club.
