Salt is used in pagan cleansing or banishing rituals. I find it interesting that so many cultures have raised it to such importance.

Salt is essential for life. I once earned a three day stay in hospital for extremely low potassium(salt). It had given me an erratic heartbeat. I never salted my food because of existing heart issues. I love to drive my docs mad! Hehehehe

Anyhoo- the whole point of my TMI is- this post is truth. Without it we, as well as many other creatures, would perish. Hugs and peace~~~
