I don't know the answer to number one, but in regards to number two...uh.that's kind of a hard question to answer. Which version are you looking for? Are you trying to get as close to the original Greek version of the new testament as possible?

I would google Bart Erhman and see what you can come up with. He studies the older versions of the new testament.

Thank you for the help! I'm not sure what I'm looking for TBH, I guess I'm just looking for a common source of the OT and NT!

The most common version of the entire bible is the King James Bible. Common, easy to read, etc. You could probably find that one online pretty easily. :)

Here's an interesting tidbit. The God of the NT and the OT, were considered two different Gods. Jesus & THAT God were considered by New Christians to be the ones who would 'destroy' the God of the OT.....
