:) Go for gel eyeliner. Since Asian eyelids tend to be oilier... and since Manila is pretty humid, it works quite well. It doesn't smudge.

As for concealer, you just need to find a shade that is closer to your skintone.

Make-up comes with practice. Haha.

Whatever gel eyeliner is, it doesn't seem to have found its way here yet @_@ At least, what's being marketed right now, recently, are liquid eyeliners D:

I think I have to learn how to put concealer on because when I do (just usually on my eyebags rofl) my skin ends up darker somehow. :\

And like I told Ari, I haven't seen gel eyeliner here yet, or maybe I just don't know where they are :c

Liquid eyeliner.. needs a hell lot of practice. But I found a better replacement for it, and that's a liquid eyeliner pen. I'm simply in love with it. It's not even waterproof, but even when I get teary-eyed, or when it rains right at my face, it doesn't get smudged or anything. And it lasts through the whooooole day (unlike pencils, which I need to refresh every few hours because I sweat a lot all over my face)

Also, for make-up tutorials, I highly recommend Michelle Phan on youtube. Even though she uses expensive stuff, but you can always replace them with products that match your pocket :) And here's her tutorial about applying eyeliners.

Lol liquid eyeliner is A+++++ if you have oily lids like I do.

And tutorials on YT are A++++++++ too. ricebunny/michelle phan is a personal fav, lol. I'VE WATCHED ALL HER VIDS.
