True, true. Corporate settings won't do you good. But it's much better to get promoted than to see the cretins scrambling to get it. After all, life is much better when they kiss your ass rather than imagining yourself kissing theirs. :(

Point. But still, I can't stand the thought of having to kiss stupid people's asses first before other people get to kiss mine. XD

It's like getting stuck between a rock and a hard place, Mommee. I'm not too interested, but pride is demanding I go get it. XD

*nods* There is that, yeah. Just don't let pride push you into smth you don't want just because you feel you have to because of what other people think. If you're where you want to be, and happy with that, that's reason enough to be proud. Of course, I support you, and am always proud of you, whatever decision you make, you know that. ♥
