Drabble - Painful Necessity

The pain is so intense; it would take his breath away only his mouth is still taped. It burns, it throbs and right now there is no pleasure in it at all. He is being punished, he isn’t sure what for but he understands. He is a bad boy, he disappointed his Sir and now he must be punished.
He knows how it works but fuck, he had no idea a cane could hurt this much. And Sir is varying the strokes, not allowing him to slip into headspace. His body tenses as it waits for the next one and the more he tenses, the more it hurts.
But what hurts more is the knowledge that he is less than perfect for Sir. If he can’t be the perfect boy what is the point? Which is why he won’t safeword, though the pain threatens to rend him in two. Anything Sir gives him he can take. So when it becomes so intense it would make him breathless, he quietly faints away.
