Johnny Ramone died last night. I don't think most people know but I love The Ramones. They are and will always be one of my all-time favorite bands. And this really saddens me. Seriously, I'm on the verge of tears. I'm losing idols left and right and I don't know what to do. The only musician I really really admire that's still alive is Morissey. God, when Morissey dies, I'll probably have a breakdown. Anyway, anyone into pop punk who doesn't respect The Ramones should be beaten. The Ramones pretty much single handedly created pop punk. I'm not positive who's still alive, but I know three Ramones are not gone. This is truly a sad day for punk rock and music in general.
