Are you looking for information about eating vegan on Dal Campus or vegan/vegan friendly restaurants and stores in Halifa?

I applied to live in Howe because of the featured "vegan station" (all very official sounding), so I figure it shouldn't be too complicated. When I visited in October I made a point to visit a number of vegan restaurants as well. How have you found eating vegan at Dal to work out?

I am vegan, and will be return to halifax in august. Not yet sure if I will be attending dal again, or if I will give SMU a try.

I'm vegan, although I wasn't when I lived in traditional residence and had a meal plan...but Howe Hall's Vegan station seems pretty legit. As someone who lives on campus but doesn't have a meal plan I find it pretty simple to live Vegan. There are so many places that have Vegan options, or are able to make something Vegan for you:) Also, there is a group called the Halifax Association of Vegetarians, and some local Vegan and Veggie friendly businesses offer discounts to members which Is pretty cool if you're living on a budget:) Best of luck in the fall!
