Trouble is a GIRL!

Please note: I'm not in the least bit disappointed. I'm actually pretty excited! But I was so 100% convinced Trouble was a boy, that this is a total shock!

So here's what we know about Trouble so far:

1. She's a girl (!!!)

I've been going through a Chinese-food phase. Mostly because there's a "healthy Chinese food" place down the street, that doesn't fry anythign and uses natural ingredients and isn't chock full of pork fat and is actually good. Got my op-ed published... in the Jewish Journal. Which, just so everyone outside the Jewish community knows, is actually kind of a big deal around here. Just think it's interesting that of all the places for me to publish, it's the JJ... my life has taken an interesting turn!

Every year my neighbors go crazy about Christmas decorations. I live in a mostly Latino neighborhood, and I tell ya, there's no such thing as simple white lights round here.

I think I'm out of the woods of the first trimester.

I was doing well for like 10 weeks, so those last three weeks of sudden nausea and puking and excruciating exhaustion (I have no other way of describing it!
