gosh! scary stuff. am glad you are ok. similar thing happened to me in nairobi but we ran away. somehow we outran a kenya. you did a good deed protecting the girls coz had THEY been got things could have been a lot worse

Yay Dar and Zanzibar. Zanzibar is amazing. you must go to the seafood market in stone town. and go on a dhow. ooooo and hire a jeep. hiring a jeep is the best way to see the island me thinks

That's really bad news. People like that should just form a club amongst themselves and fight it out, steal do whatever but keep it in the group. The Jimmys of this world are too important to get involved in this sort of thing.
