Last night I juiced a pomegranate. It yielded about 1/8 cup of potent, anti-oxidant packed, blood red, super-tasty juice. It also took about a 30 minutes to do. Now I fully understand why that Pom stuff is so expensive. Fortunately, Pomegranates aren't that expensive in Florida and they're available year-round
