Dude. I caught Faith No More opening for G'n'R and Metallica back in the day. Crazy and awesome. I would definitely be interested in seeing them again.
I'm sorry. Trent isn't worth that. His newer music has gotten... soft. Maybe a bit repetitive. It's less driving. It would be different if he was really trying for a new sound or a different direction. The old stuff was great. But $100 a ticket?
I've never cared much for JA. It doesn't seem truly worth it.
Now, FNM... I bet their prices will be more reasonable. And worth it.
It's all about the venue and the tour -- it's actually $75/ticket for the good seats. Which is still an assload of money, but compared to a lot of big acts, that's not so bad.
I'm guessing lawn seats will be in the 30-40 range.
The big deal about this show is that this is NIN's "goodbye tour." Trent claims he's hanging it up, at least for the forseeable future.
I'm also thinking that Faith No More will play smaller venues . . .
I've seen the best Jane's Addiction show I will ever see, and that will suffice for me. I've seen NINs many a time, and well - I'll pass this time. But Faith No More....that I'm excited about. I've seen them a few times - I just hope they can conjure up the same energy.

And see, I'd have to buy like 4 to be realistic. That's $300 + "convenience" charges.

I guess I will perhaps throw down for the two.
