Well that's over a month of update slippage!

Plenty has been going this end pretty incessantly (hence the lack of update).

For the past three weeks I have mostly been living in Lincolnshire - Louth, to be precise. This has been a work-prompted exercise that placed pretty darned close to the East Coast of Albion (a scant 20 miles by my reckoning). ( Read more... )

By this time tomorrow we will be over in the mini nation state of Rutland temporarily lodging with my family.

Some careful sleuthing on the web has revealed to me that the Sisters support band were The Ivories. Check 'em out - they aren't bad if angry female punk/rock is your thing.  The vocal range and speed of shift from singing to screaming was brilliant.

After an 8 hour shift of trawling round Leicester and surrounding villages/towns for prospectives I now own a car of my very own! On Tuesday I will get my mitts on my Rover 111 GSI N reg - huzzah for me - now i've just got to remember how you do that driving thing...
