Well, it took about half the year but I suppose I actually managed to follow up on my New Years Resolution sort of thing for once! Next weekend will officially be my last overnight stint in Operations. If your company's QA work is like mine, it will be easy as pie for you to do -- easy to the point of being boring (sorry!). For us, it's doing the same task over and over across different machines. So you have a Windows 7 machine, Windows 8, Red Hat 4, etc, then you try to start the tool once on each. Then you try to start two copies of the tool on each machine, then three. Then you open help on each machine, then do this little task, then that little task. Over and over. Very redundant!

Hopefully yours will be more interesting than that. ...and congratulations, too! :D
