iWeb (the server, not the web design program) is awesome for hosting. I love it so much that I've actually forgotten I was ever on Keenspot to begin with. As for an update script, I love Walrus_PHP. It was recommended to me by Rich Stevens and is VERY easy to use. In fact, you can pretty much just copy over your old Keen pages and insert the Walrus tags with some minor configuration and file renaming.
