it's fun and easy to make... as long as you can get past the fact that it's uncooked eggs...

I had issues with it at first... but I just added more rum :)

use the good eggs and then everything is happy.

I get the good eggs(usually eggland) when I make brownie batter I intend to consume as batter.

I try to use the best ingredients I can get my hands on (limited to what they have at the three grocery stores around) but the Hannaford has an awesome organic section, so mostly I just go there.
