So, last week was my birthday, and in Holland, on a birthday, normally you say Happy Birthday to everyone and their mother--literally. At a birthday, everyone sits in a circle, but before you sit, you have to walk around the circle, shake hands with everyone already there, and say "happy birthday." Except in dutch, which is "hartelijk gefeliciteerd
