Dont be so hard on yourself - and don't shoot for such perfection, which is really not possible anyway - you are beautiful just as you are! Accept yourself girl - you look great!

Sorry my love, I will not be as easy as Mom on this,playing issue... By now you should be able to play pieces you know without any mistakes. New pieces, well that's different. Have you got too many distractions going on in your life?? Think about that,your viola must come first if you really want to play professional,someday(soon?).Quit thinking about your weight so damm much. Watch it yes,get crazy noooo!!!!

Here's the thing Nani, I don't mean mistakes on a "notes" level - of course I play my pieces relatively "clean", I know how to learn the notes, intonation, rhythm etc. I'm talking about HOW it sounds, interpretation and style, beauty of sound - this mostly created with the bow.

Believe me, I'm doing my hours every day, no distractions here - just somehow things feel strange lately, but more to come in the next entry...
