Just Keep Swimming

Today is weird.

Before I went to bed last night, I realized my baby girl ( Azure, so named for her eyes) isn't eating at all any more.  She's sensitive around her haunches, and I've seen her at the litter boxes but not using them.  She's prone to bowel problems, and I think she's got an obstruction or serious problem.

I got up at 5:00, after only four ( Read more... )

I know what you mean about the place associations.... DFW is a veritable map of emotional landmines for me. I was hit with very mixed emotions when Bennigan's shut down their restaurants - Eric and I used to go there a lot, and every single time, there was a Serious Discussion of some type there. Sometimes good, often bad. And then there was Kostas, a lovely Greek restaurant in Dallas...every single time we were there, a fight ensued. I can point out to you the Barnes & Noble in Arlington where I handed him his copy of the finalized divorce papers. I won't go anywhere near White Rock Lake. You not a bad man. Thanks to my wonderful first lawyer I'm still stuck with that title. Wish we were completely over the plague...we'ld invite you over. Check with us tomarrow we might be up for Octoberfest here in Addison. It's open air so we can infect more and start a propper pandemic.

I am sorry I haven't responded to your text. It's been a weird day, and I've been dealing with some minor drama. I can hang for a little while, but SCREAMS owns me from 14:00 until midnight. I'm going down for stilt practice and then actor training. From Addison I'd have to leave around 13:30 to get to Irving to catch my carpool. I'm helping Stacie paint on Sunday, but if you're still festing (that sounds dirty) we might be able to make it out for a while.

Whatever comes, take care of yourselves. A house full of ick is no fun. Get over it and back to the normal (well...) you.
