govt: got back my essay (25/25), notebook (92/100), clark project (48/50) and test (26/32). she also gave us a new long term essay assignment about amendments that never got passed. and in our class notes we discussed how California is not technically a state, neither is the other 49 states; thats because the people do not have absolute power. so
