Long story short (too late.)

So a few months ago I came to terms with the fact that I am not, actually, gifted with super strength or super regenerative abilities.  Nor can I fly or go invisible, but that's neither here nor there.

In spite of this fact, with the help of a cortisone shot, bed rest, acupuncture, chiropractic and caution I was able to return to "normal life."  I ( Read more... )

Please keep us posted on the scheduling and the recovery regimen and all that! If I can help by coming over and working at your house while you need to lie down (I have no idea if I am talking nonsense or not), let me know.

I'm sorry you need surgery, but I'm damned glad that there is surgery that will fix this. *thinking of you lots*

You're not talking nonsense, and I will let you know, though the recovery on this is pretty quick (two weeks)and they like you to get up and moving as soon as possible.

That makes sense about the up-and-moving! And I don't know if the timing will work. But if sitting at your house rather than sitting at my house would be helpful, sign me up!

Ugh. I'm so sorry it's come to this point already.
