Photocrowd Needs You!

The web site I have been building for six months is looking for beta testers.

There is not much - yet - on photocrowd.com, but it gives you an opportunity to admire our logo.Our target audience is people with an interest in photography who want a reason to get their camera out - there are set assignments based on particular subjects or techniques ( Read more... )

I'd be really interested in doing something like this. I don't have a fancy camera, though, out of (sort of) principal; all I have is a Fuji instamatic type thing and a camera phone. Would I be the sort of person that the site could work for?

I’d say a small camera is OK. A lot of the assignments about composition and technique will apply to any sort of camera - though I expect some assignments will work best with DSLRs.
