I found this event alot harder to organise than last years one, this was partly due to expectation as the one last year was so good.

Now the process to get to the event is a long one. I had people on and off all year asking me when I was going to run the next one (not if but when) and for me the important thing was to have something to be the focus

Sorry to hear you had a bit of a bumpy ride - it's a hard life being an eventy organiser! Hope the players enjoyed it though...

it appears so we have had 30 feedback forms which are all positive. But tbh I would like to see one's which are critical as people far to often just want to say 'yeah it was great' compared to going' yeah it was grate but I didn't like the fact the soup ran out and that we stood in the cold for an hour watching fire stunts' for example

You can't expect events to run smoothly. It is as much I am disapointed with myself even if the players didn't notice there were things I should have done differently so I could organise more.
