Making mayonnaise sucks.... alot of whisking ... Doubtful i woulda be able to lift a soda bottle for a while after that.

also made some potato pancakes with a garlic herb butter turned out pretty good.

Uh... Can't say we really did much more then that today.

Yeah i had my mid-term today....aced it ....Helped that i got done early and that I did the extra credit (Some finely chopped parsley) ...gave me 10 extra so even tho my juliene carrots were too long and a little bigger then 1/8 x 1/8, and my Potato Battonet had a few eyes in them and the damned Spinach Chiffanade was a bit bruised and not real ( Read more... )
