I sometimes lay my underwear flat to dry, but only the lacy, expensive-like ones that can fall apart if you machine wash and dry them. I also do it within my own space and put them away ASAP. Sorry to hear about your roommate situation though. I'm glad I opted to live alone through the rest of my college career. I couldn't take the damn roommates anymore!

I'm actually doing the Disney College Program, and there's no option to live alone, or I for sure would have chosen it.

Actually, being an Asian myself, I guess yeah we do cook a lot. But cleaning up the stove isn't that hard if you do it REGULARLY. It just takes time. If they really want to save time they could just lay over aluminum foils on the stove, and throw it away when it gets dirty enough and clean up the little mess that remained. We do that at where I am because sometimes cleaning up takes up so much time, it may have been better to just do that ( ... )
