Unfortunately, no. The only thing she bothered to bring to the apartment was a bed and a dresser, everything else is mine. So she won't remove herself from the lease.

Wait... she hasn't paid rent in a while from what it sounds like. You and the landlord can give her a thirty day notice to vacate. It's not up to her to remove herself from the lease, you can kick her out.

Well she tends to move my food and my venison was thawing and I guess she dropped it.
