hello, im not a member and im not edge. i drink i smoke and i do drugs. i was just reading through a couple of people who did 'the lifestyle not the trend' thing. i feel that as this is an edge group us non edgers are getting a raw deal, so i'd like to put a fresh opinion accross. i would just like to say

I havent been edge for very long and 99.9% of people i know aren't edge so I can relate to non edgers. Im not going to slate you, but this is my opinion. The reason why I think drugs and alcohol are wrong is because they damage you. They are toxins and aren't ment to be put in your body. They do harm you. You may not think you have very bad side effects but if you continue to take drugs dont you think that maybe in a few years they will be worse? Also dont you think that the is something more worthy you can spend your cash on. You say the is only 2 people you know whos lifes have been ruined by drugs. wouldnt it be better if the was 0.
the comparison with salt is stupid. you need salt to survive. salt is the basis of all the electrochemical currents in your body, which are what make your body work.
as for money, it doesn't matter how little you spend. it accumulates, and you, along with all the other drinkers/smokers/druggies, are throwing cash at a) criminals, and b) huge corporations, and meanwhile, the gap between the rich and the poor just keeps on expanding.
hmmm first off 'resorting' to drugs and alcahol as a way of giving up is a bit vague... giving up on what exactly? it would be giving up on edge, but for im not giving up on anything
