I know what you mean about low-fat cookbooks! Why not just start by removing all sauces from your meals? Divide your plate in 1/2 and then 1/2 again. The largest half should be vegetable, then 1/4 should be starch and 1/4 meat. Good luck!

hey!

I say you should get that Y membership soon! Then you can come work out with me! I go to the one near unicity about 3 times a week, and usually spend about 2 hours there. (half hour on cardio... still workin that up more, then about an hour pumpin weights, and half an hour to escort my kids to their next class, and take a quick swim after my workout... not to mention the hot tub). Anyways, gimmie a call when you wanna go to the gym. Rena goes to the one on furmor, so I could head there occasionally too. Good luck with your workout! and I hope that we can be workout buddies (better success rates when yo work out with someone).

Talk to you soon!

Jill
