Bwahahaha, Carlos Mencia joked about that in one of his routines XD He was like, "Just get the wetbacks to build the fence for you. Then when they're admring their finished work, tell them to see how it looks on the other side. Then after the cross, lock the door really quick. They'll be all like, 'Oh no, they trick us! But it looks really good over here too!'" XD

Yeah, one of my thoughts on it was that the workers would be thinking, "Oh no, we built this fence so that we can't get back to Mehico. I guess we're stuck here."
