The last time he'd seen all those soldier boys running around was in the cafeteria, but they probably weren't there now. Edgar was surprised to see the number of patients dwindle so drastically as they reached the center of the main hallway, leaving the two of them completely alone. Perhaps he'd been wrong about patients wanting to face the threats presented by Aguilar's messenger, and they preferred to congregate and stay in the relative safety of the western part of the hall. No matter- maybe they'd be the first to wherever they were headed.

Speaking of their destination, it was time he asked. Questioning what Ryuuzaki gleaned from the announcements could wait for a bit. "Where are we going this fine evening?" Edgar asked, eyeing the Sun Room as they passed the doors. What was that odd feeling he'd gotten just now?

L also glanced at the doors to the Sun Room as he and Figaro passed them, trying to get a glimpse of what might be happening inside. He was relieved that they wouldn't have to pass through there tonight. Their progress might be small, so small that he would be hard-pressed to be satisfied with it under other circumstances, but he would still find it encouraging if they could achieve something without the hindrances that had dogged his heels all week. As such, his plans for the night were flexible without being ambitious.

"There are some storage rooms upstairs on the other side of the building. I'm not completely sure of their contents, but I thought we might find something useful there. The stairs are just to our right."
