Lightning had never been in this part of the building, but of course it looked just the same as the female block- if logic hadn't told her otherwise, she could have easily thought that she'd just done a complete circle and re-entered where she'd first come from-- a fact that was mildly disconcerting to the woman. That was probably the point, though, since she found it hard to believe it was possible to design something so uncreative without it being distinctly on purpose. Ugh.
There wasn't anyone there, but Lightning looked around anyway, pale eyes searching for a particular, unusually-tall man just in case he'd decided to wait out here instead of in the hallway he'd marked as his own on her map. Nothing, though, and so she turned her attention to the first hallway inside the block's door without a word to the man following her.
