"Huh," was his only response at first. He wasn't exactly surprised to hear about his first official disappearance, but there wasn't much he could do about it at this point. Had he even learned her name? Not that he could remember. Maybe she went back home.
That was a nice thought, compared to being eaten or something.
"Indiana said something about that. Apparently the turnaround rate around here is pretty fast." Which only fueled his idea of a blood factory, all right? Even if he hadn't seen a vampire around besides the usual suspects. And not that he knew why vampires would want to raise and create... giant bloodthirsty cats. Not even tigers or something. House cats. Thank god his ring prevented him from an eternity of a tombstone that marked him as the latest victim of Mr. Bigglesworth.
He knew the general direction, so he didn't hesitate on moving back into the female block. Convenient set-up, really. "Which room did she move to?"
