Night 58: M71-M80 Hallway

Zero didn't have to wait long. All at once, the lights shut off and the door suddenly unlocked. Whether this was done by someone or happened on its own didn't matter; it was obviously deliberate no matter how it happened. He figured as much from the previous night and from what Guy and the other patients had told him throughout the day. So that was it, then. They were only given free roam when the sun was down, and anything could happen now.
Fair enough. He'd play this little game of theirs. Then, once he found his body, he was going to tear this place down and set these people free. He swore it.
Since nothing else could be found or accomplished in his room, the Reploid-now-human stepped out the door and into the dark hallway, unsure of an exact destination at the moment. It would be difficult to navigate around this place without some sort of light to see by, especially since humans apparently had the worst night vision ever, but he'd manage. He would simply need to raise his guard and walk slowly and more carefully to avoid any traps. He wouldn't let the dark ruin any chance for progress.
...which he'd made little of last night, but the same would not be said for tonight. Zero would make sure of it.
