The moment Bella woke up from her sleep, she was out the door. She could remember the small things before she went to sleep - Claire was gone, Landel was back, everyone was back to "normal", and they were still stuck in the horrible institute. However, what hurt the teenager the most was the fact that Claire was gone.
Claire had been her first friend in the institute, and one she trusted the most. They had gone through their rough times (which was Bella's own fault.) but in the end they had become good friends, and ... now she was gone.
She was afraid. Everyone could be taken so easily, just as Claire was gone. Who was next?
Bella burst from the room, her flashlight in hand, going to the usual place.
