[From here]Looked like she was the first one out this way. Utena stopped just short of the Sun Room, turning her light back to see if anyone she knew was coming up the hall behind her. No one so far

Aigis walked quietly up to Utena with a little less spring in her step than she would have liked to portray, but other than that she was still able to put on a good face. The paleness of her continence would be difficult to see in the darkness of the institute. Her wound was already healed from her use of Athena and the little blood that may have escaped was wiped away.
Smiling, she attempted to keep the pretense of perfect naturalness so her friends would not worry. "Good evening, Tenjou-san. I hope you have not waited long."
Thankfully for Aigis, Utena couldn't pick out anything wrong with Aigis in such darkness. She smiled warmly at her friend, stepping out away from the wall to greet her. "Hey, Aigis. No worries, I haven't been waiting too long. You didn't run into anything along the way I'm guessing?"
Utena's voice showed no signs of strain or worry, so it seemed Aigis had successfully hidden her earlier pains. Excellent. Now she could relax.
"Correct, I did not run into anything," Aigis replied. It wasn't a lie. She hadn't run into Aidou literally. She had expected him. There hadn't even been any running involved.
"You seem well. I assume you had the same... good fortune?" Those words came out a little less smoothly, but to her credit Aigis did not flinch.
Utena did pick up on the pause in Aigis's sentence, but didn't think much about it. Everyone got stuck for words every now and then, especially in a place like this, where there were a lot of different things that could be weighing on one's mind at once. And so she nodded, answering Aigis's question: "Yeah, I didn't see anything nasty either. Definitely a relief after last night."
She gave a sigh of soft exasperation. If she never had to see another rotting dead dog again, she life would be moving in a much better direction.
He might have stopped by the restroom on the way and gotten distracted. Look, the amount of gore caked onto his railing had to be cleaned off eventually, right? So maybe he'd gotten distracted by a couple of the other railings in the bathroom in his block and contemplated trashing the dirty one in his possession for a brand new one. That was completely normal! It might have been the best solution, even. He'd halfway attempted to derail a new one in a stall, gotten bored, and then remembered he was supposed to be meeting with people. At least he remembered, right?
In the end, he'd done a halfway decent job of cleaning up his weapon, Vino thought. Sure, if you looked closely -- well okay, you didn't even have to bend in close to see it at all -- you could only barely see the stains. ... Barely
