Miku hurried up the stairwell, pausing on the landing only once to catch her breath. She'd been running too quickly, it was taking a toll on her shoulder. Still, the heavy sense that she was only a wall or two away from her target ghost kept her moving.
She had to keep moving.
Hurrying up the second flight, Miku pushed the door open quietly and looked for a monster. So far, so good.
