Nightshift 39: Doctor's Office 6 [Dr. Wilson]

The office seemed little different in the darkness to how it had appeared during the day. Allelujah was almost a little disappointed about that. It would be much easier to justify killing Wilson if his room turned into a hell hole at night. As far as doctors went, Wilson hadn't been too terrible now that Allelujah wasn't having to deal with him, but he knew too much about things that Allelujah wasn't keen on sharing.

That bitch from the HRL knows, Hallelujah interjected, rather sourly, as they stepped further into the room.

Marie isn't...

Soma is, Hallelujah replied definitely.

Allelujah couldn't really disagree with that, much as he wanted to. She was the Super Soldier who he'd wanted to kill before today, before he knew. She'd been everything that he fought against. And now he still didn't know what he was supposed to do with her here. He didn't doubt that they'd fight again.

But there was no point thinking of that now. Instead he turned his attention to the desk and the filing cabinet at the fridge. The fridge yielded nothing but a few bottles of mineral water. Quite pointless unfortunately and he didn't think that he had the tools or the inclination to bother with dismantling the entire fridge.

The desk was similarly pointless. Nothing but random toys and ornaments and bits of paper and pens. Nothing that you wouldn't find in any other doctor's desk and all of it useless. He slammed one of the desk drawers shut in frustration. Filing cabinet then. His files had to be in there, didn't they? It took a little work to get the cabinet open, but once he did, he quickly rifled through the files within, finding his own relatively quickly. He gave it a cursory look through, turning a little pale at the accuracy and detail of what was written within, before he cloed it and slipped the file into the waistband of his pants. He could look at it properly later to see what this doctor thought about him.

Taking a last cursory look around and finding nothing of interest, he stepped back out into the corridor.
