While Harvey seriously doubted that the kitchen was going to hold anything of interest for him, the fact stood that he hadn't been there (not to the one on the second floor, at least), and so this would at least count as exploring new territory. It meant that the night wouldn't be a total waste, even if he ultimately decided not to throw his lot in with Jones on the basement thing
