Let it be known that chazmann has stolen an icon I made.

I am in pain from a million hours of manual labor at work. And I come home to this crap.

It is time to take legal action. He has infringed upon your copyright as set down by Congress in "The Digital Millenium Copyright Act." LJ will help you. Here is the site for their abuse team regarding copyrights.

Unfourtunalty there are some risks explained in the article.

They won't help me unless it is my own personal picture that I took.
Making icons and stuff is considered "fan art" and subject to a debate on copyright infringement all in itself. LJ won't back me :(

That's awesome. If it's true then BE a friend. this new icon and graphics comm. brings up an interesting point. You told us in a post you want peple who who signed on for graphics to make the membership switch and it got me thinking ( ... )

I am happy that you found new things to like (fandoms I guess?) through my stuff!

And I don't think you are creepy or anything. I didn't get the emails (or if i did, i was dumb that day and didn't read them, though i don't know how that could have happened...) that you mention and I generally don't even look at who people are that join my community and take my stuff. i just may happen to see when I am checking up on crediting (yep, I am a psycho and generally check every single person haha) but if you like my graphics, and credit me, then I don't care who you are, you are A-OK in my book.

So drama over? Everything all cool now? :-D
