Frustration with weight.

For six weeks I had been back on WW with maybe a 3 pound loss and another plateau. And then I fell off the wagon for a week. I got right back on lost two pounds and gained back a pound the next week. Are you adding too many of your workout points to your weekly total? (Do they even do that anymore?) It could be that those extra points are allowing you to eat too many calories.

Try Sparkpeople.com. It's free, and they let you track calories, weight, mesaurements, etc. I really like it!

I've done every variation of the activity points with the same results. I was lifting about 2 to 3 times a week while also doing cardio the same day (something I didn't do until I met with a personal trainer). That means there was only one day I did just cardio. Mainly I think I was doing too much exercise too soon so my body just freaked out, which is why I think I need to cut back.

Though I have joined sparkpeople.com and I enjoy it. What's your username on there?
