Let's go through the thought process of mine. Just to better understand where I'm getting my ratings. ^^
My choice is Faramir. For one thing, the intelligence seemed to stem from a hope to 'live up' to your dad's successes. You are very aware of the world around you and have a very good understanding of what is in this world based on your choice of a quote. And of course, your ideals, starting first with those close to you and going to what you believe and a want to prove not only to yourself and your dad that you are worth his attention.
1. If I'm tired, I'm tired of telling you/ I'm never tired, I'm always better then you/ Bye boy, run to your mother - Franz Ferdinand, This Boy (I also love the part where he goes "I'll have a slice of your mother"..it's just so great dude!)
2. Wit. Like the funny sort of hilarious wit. Witty wit. Of witdom. ARRR!
3. Music, food, loyalty, fun, humour.

I've known you're such a Hobbit even without me reading this. Your answers just further affirmed my belief. Going into specific characters, you're Pippin, with your choice of a song as your quote and you kind of harmless honesty. Oh and your want for fun, and the simple pleasures in life. :)
1. What is your favourite quote? (from any fandom, origin, etc. - not exclusive to LOTR) either Est autem fides credere quod nondum vides; cuius fidei merces est videre quod credis - "Faith is to believe what you do not see; the reward of this faith is to see what you believe." - St. Augustine, or, "Oh, you can't help that, we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad." - Cheshire Cat
2. If you can aquire ONE attribute (ie. intelligence, strength, determination, wit) what would it be? just one? intelligence, because it's the most crucial to survival (well, maybe luck, but it's too fickle to rely on) if adding to what already existed, (more) beauty, I guess. I'm vain like that -.-a *loves mirrors*
3. What is/are important to you in life? myself, my beliefs, survival, dignity, comfort
( ... )
Hahaha. You came off as a very Elvish person to me, what with your reason for your want of intelligence, your need for beauty and your choice of quotes, especially the first one.
Amoung the Elves, I say you most resemble Galadriel, whose vanity over her hair was a catalyst to the end of a beautiful age, whose wisdom of the world made her seem a little aloof at times, and her values would very closely match yours. :)
