She gets upset first but resigns herself to it eventually. Bonus points if he finds something he likes in her underwear drawer and gets slapped or prodded.

Damon's plan is to fool Katherine, making it seem like he's still in love with her (mentions of him sleeping with her). Elena is extremely bothered by this, jealous but won't admit it. She confronts him in the Salvatore house. Again he gets in her personal space she backs into a wall/bookshelf etc. And he says something along the lines of 'Well, I can't have you can I?' and things continure from there.
