ok, so one this is the best advice i ever got:

after i broke up with this girl named angela i was really depressed and foo foo and sad and i did a lotta drugs and drank a lot. i was lying in a gutter with broken glass in it in hillsdalle all drunk and sad and a man...a man named mark mitchel walked up to me and said 3 words, "fuck that shit." my life changed after that moment. they can apply to almost anything.
