Thinking back....

I was just sitting, reminiscing about Jess, my beloved yellow labrador retriever. It dawned on my that she died on the Thursday after Valentine's Day two years ago today in 2010.

How true. We have different pets now, but there was something in the timing in life, the way all the personalities...everything just meshed with Jess and Scoobs and us.

I've had other pets, and probably there will be others in the future, but Jess seems to be the 'it' pet I will always cherish. It's kinda like kids I guess. You love them and take those warm memories with you forever...
