The entire 7 week experience is $140 ($120 if you prefer to skip the fire session). If you do not have the Flow tool of the class you've chosen, we'll sell you one special discount materials fee tool for the low low bargain basement price of only $20.

that price includes me doing photos of you spinning fire at the 7th session (if you wish it).

and it includes a daily coaching/encouraging/motivating/reminding to practice phone call unless you prefer that not happen.

and it includes my and your teacher's commitment to your success and enjoyment.

Anyway, ever make your way to Burlington, Vermont? Seems like the type of place you'd enjoy visiting at least once. I know the best fire spinning teacher in portland. she's awesome and explains clearly and knows a pile of stuff. and won the Hot Sex: Sexy Fire Spinning competition at burning man.

Sure, I'll need to start slowly as I have some shoulder issues, but I recall you had shoulder issues as well and you seem to be doing just fine with the spinning. Please, give me some info.

the other answer is: it'll take a while, but not that long. we'll be biggering and biggering and spreading the gospel... I'm so into sharing it as much as possible. I'm sincere about the europeans in india yoga spreading thing.
