Personally I'm more of a Draco/Ginny fan... merely because I'm not very fond of Hermione in the book... she's much more tolerable in the movies... but in the books she just gets on my nerves...

Spike/Buffy on the other hand... my complete fav couple ever (other than Phoebe and Cole, on Charmed (cait ;))
