Being green on Mars with Bauer

"You're still alive, she said." Borrowing from Eddie Vedder. If you know me, you know it's in my DNA to do so. So despite it being five months since I've written here - and said I intended to write every day - I am still kicking around the Puget Sound. Still doing too much Boston Legal stuff. Still ironicaly burnt out on Boston Legal. Still making ( Read more... )

Nice to see you update again. :)

I am a spoiler whore, but I don't want to know who wins til the episode airs, I also like surprises. :D

Why, my goodness. You're a contradiction, aren't you? You want to know but you're trying to be good. Far be it from me to corrupt you by BLURTING IT OUT!

Hey - I just discovered you have a bostonlegal community in LJ. How did I not know that? Can't wait to read through the drabbles. And thank you for missing me. I honestly am happily shocked you or anyone knew this LJ existed.

If you change your mind about the match, I'll tell you privately.

I had made a post about the bostonlegal community on my journal a while back. It's not actually my comm, it's zinelady's, but she made me a mod so I could do the layout.

*the wave of nostalgia smacks me in the face*

Michie! Totally miss you. Have you settled into Chicago. Glad you won't be facing Hurricane season in Florida? Let me know when you're up for an rpg reunion.

I've missed you too. Very much. Getting settled in. I like it here except my computer situation has changed quite a bit. I'm still working on getting decent DSL at home, and at work I don't have as much opportunity for *fun* so to speak, since corporate types are always wandering by, looking over my shoulder at my computer screen.

But ANYWAY, otherwise I'm doing good. Just got back from a vacation to HAWAII, which was totally fabulous. Flew through Seattle on the way, and thought of you. Also got a great view of Ranier from the plane. Much as I'm lovin Chicago, I gotta wonder if I made the right choice. Sigh . . .

But, I'll send you an email too. Lots to catch up on. :-)

Good morning! (7:25am here)

I was wandering on internet, thinking about "how to create an original french webpage about Boston Legal", and as I was visiting the page you maintain, I saw you had a LJ. Since I have one too, I couldn't resist and added you :)

(Don't worry I won't steal you Brad Chase, I prefer Paul Lewiston ;) )

Have a nice day/night

Orélye

Orelye - it's about 1 am here and it's a total pleasure to meet you. I've added you back, of course. Love your huge BL banner on your LJ. I see a Boston Legal ficlet in French so I do plan on translating it. My college French has faded. Oh, please do create a French Boston Legal page - or isn't it "Boston Justice" in France? If you need any help, just ask!

It's coming together itz4commerce September 2 2006, 10:15:38 UTC
Nothing related to me (too much to hope), but stuff related to LJ. So THAT'S what happened to Michelle! We were wondering over on b-l.org.

So Dana, maybe opening a second blog via your own thread on b-l.org will be too much. How will you keep us all satisfied as we long for your insightful comments? Which we do because we don't make that many ourselves... And certainly they need not be about BL. You know how fickle we are--Magritte is hot right now on my thread. OK, warm...

No doubt your life is more together than you'd like us to think, you and your gerunds. As for Michelle, she's contantly on business trips around the world. I hope she pops up somewhere with net access soon.

It was your ref to Magritte here that made me remember I never posted Debb's BL/Magritte deconstruction, so thanks for mentioning that. She made it in Feb. and I promised I'd post it for all to see back then *checks one more item off her To Do list*

Keep being the witty, irreverent person you are - such a great member of the BL family.

Wow. No, I hadn't. Thank you! What's you do, transport yourself two days into the future? This is about the only national press I've seen Spader or Shatner do for the fall season - and you delivered! I've already posted it, with acknowledgment to you, in my BL forum.

Acknowledgment unnecessary but thank you! Someone local who apparently had access to the WashPost weekend slate early sent it to me! I LOVE that the writer compared Crane/Shore and Aubrey/Maturin...

Ha! Inside track suits you. That explains it. I emailed the reporter, praising his finely-honed sentances - and he wrote back asking where I had seen his article, that he didn't think it was going to be published until Sunday. I blamed it on The Cruise Director :^)
