Still pregant, almost 17 weeks now, starting to show a little bit more, but it can also look like just my own fat. No one gives up their seat for me on the bus yet, I imagine it'll take a few more weeks before I really "pop" and I can give college students rude stares for making me stand on the bus

You're right, during a natural delivery they won't give you anesthesia of any kind unless/until you ask for it. Are you guys doing the Lamaze thing?
